UniMail provides secure, private, end-to-end encrypted email communication services. Features may include custom domains, aliases, and encrypted vaults, depending on your subscription plan.
3. User Conduct
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Distributing malware or other malicious content.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account.
4. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we handle your data. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Due to the end-to-end encrypted nature of our Service, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and recovery phrases. We cannot recover your password or decrypt your data if you lose your credentials.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UniMail makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UniMail be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
